About
MORE THAN JUST AN ESTIMATING SERVICE
We started out in a builder’s living room. Our founder Andrew, a northern brickie, got tired of estimating services that didn’t work the way he did, so he built one that did. That’s still the idea: by builders, for builders. Today we’re part of STARK Group and the Jewson and JP Corry networks, with 20+ UK estimators and over 300 years of trade experience between us.

A full estimate typically takes around 8 working days. You’ll receive a price to produce your estimate within 24 hours, when it’s with us by mid-morning, Monday to Friday.
What is included in an estimate?
A full breakdown of materials, plant and labour for the whole job, priced to your own rates and margins, with everything specified against your local merchant. A client version of the estimate is also included, so you have one to share with your own customer.
